Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely place your eyewear in its original case and box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new frames within 5-7 business days.
